ParticipantI think it needs to go back to school. It was detecting harsh negative decline and we got a huge pop. I actually wondered if you had coded a -1 in somewhere incorrectly.

ParticipantPrice target as opposed to a percentage change would be more informative as well

ParticipantWould also be interesting to see how it affects performance is the trailing Stop loss is only activated after clearing a certain gain threshold. Ex: Start at -3.5%, but if the trade is up 10% then activate a trailing stop to lock in 6-7% gain, actual numbers can vary of course.

ParticipantLove the portfolio implementation, looks easy to use, cant wait to get started!

ParticipantWell it closed around 6800 so its playing safe I guess. My gut is there is a significant chance we see low 6’s again short term. Bouncing off of that and we can go race to the 7’s again.

ParticipantIs the ability to run autotrade against more than one coin/portfolio no longer on the table?

ParticipantI didnt vote in the poll because I would love multiple portfolio support for coinbase to do all 4 major signals but maybe thats just me.
Rob D
ParticipantAh didnt really catch that the first read, nevermind!
Rob D
ParticipantWill you do charts for the pulse signals for the other coins?

ParticipantLooks like we survived!

ParticipantIf its any solace, when bitcoin moons coinbases fee schedule wont hurt as much (they decrease with usd volume). But agreed more options would be interesting.

ParticipantI wouldnt be surprised if the standard BTC sold because we were bumping up against the 200dma without any significant breakthrough for a while (and with the luxury of looking back it made the right choice). BTC-beta didnt exactly blow it either though, taking the whole swing into consideration getting 5.5% isnt bad for a weeks work. It popped off another negative anomaly too, so if we continue down into the low 8’s/7’s I would certainly enjoy that buying opportunity.

ParticipantTotally agreed, this is a make or break level. It will not likely sit still here for long, and probably move quickly when it decides to move. I would do the same, stop loss maybe around 8500 give or take. If I weren’t doing the autotrade, that is.

ParticipantHigh fives all around!

Participantkw brings up a good point, particularly if you subscribe to the stock to flow hypothesis, it might be more advantageous in certain eras to maximize bitcoin accumulation with an eye towards the impending halving event.
